Yes, most numbers can be transferred to Acronym VoIP. Send us your request and we'll check if your number can be transferred. There's no charge for checking service.

Yes. You can pick from a variety of different UK area city codes, including UK non-geographic numbers. Just send us your request for preferred city code in the UK and we can offer you list of numbers to choose from (subject to availability).
To get you setup and started on a new VoIP account with a new phone number, and a mobile softphone app, it is often same day or next day service. However, a VoIP account can only be activated once payment is cleared. Usually after activation, within same day you can start using or start receiving your landline calls, subject to availability.
Once your new VoIP desk phone order arrives, and device is configured with your account and phone number, you can start using it same day (subject to availability).
This is one of the great benefit of VoIP. You can just take the device with you and connect at your new premises. However, you will still need an active internet/broadband connection in the new location for your VoIP desk phone to work.

- 4. If you've ordered a desk phone from us, we'll help you set it up and provision this device and help you connect it with your number. Otherwise an additional fee applied, if you purchase your own VoIP phone.
Yes, we guarantee that you'll save money and time compared to traditional analogue phone service. You'll have the flexibility to make calls or answer your landline phone from anywhere using your smartphone softphone app, as long as you have an active internet connection.
